About Us

Doug started his cleaning business, Ironwood Carpet Care, in 2001 after working for another company.  His commitment to quality and exceptional service was at odds with the corner-cutting tactics of his former employer.  Many of those customers stayed with Doug and are still customers today.  It is through the referrals of those loyal clients that Doug has built a client base of happy customers.

His relationships with interior designers, custom home builders, property managers, realtors, carpet mill reps, and to-the-trade flooring showrooms attest to the type of workmanship that he exhibits when cleaning any type of carpet, area rug, and upholstery, especially delicate fibers.  
He decided many years ago to become certifed by Wools of New Zealand to address the needs of homeowners who have invested in this quality fiber which requires special attention and cleaning agents. 

We are now pleased to incorporate eco-friendly cleaning products that are endorsed by the EPA and CRI,  as well as utilizing the top line of truck mounted cleaning equipment for superior cleaning, and meeting the requirements of carpet mill warranties.  To better signify this new approach we changed our name to Evergreen Floor Care.

Doug's clients know that when he is in their home they can trust him to deliver a top notch cleaning and also know he is an ethical and trusted service professional.  We are  all about relationship building and making sure our clients are pleased with the end result, even if it means a follow up call to take care of any issues that may arise.
